The room was super fancy, had a really nice private bathroom. They had a hair dryer, a cool walk-in shower, and included comfy dressing gowns - all really useful stuff! 🛁

was a lovely place for trip. marvellous location - just a walk down to everywhere we needed. the hotel was next to luko downtown. the rooms were beautiful and comfortable with smoke detectors for our safety. having an electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen tv with cable channels was very convenient.

Incredibly comfortable double room with large beds. Really good amenities including a safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. Excellent location close to the ferry in Bilbao and the garden. Conveniently situated in the middle of the city.

The rooms at Hotel Palacio De Luko are fantastic! They have air conditioning, which is perfect for hot nights. The seating area is really comfy and great for relaxing after a long day. The flat-screen TV with cable channels is a nice touch for some entertainment. The private bathroom with a shower is clean and has free toiletries. The soundproofing in the double room is a big bonus too!

Personally, I found the bathrobes and slippers provided in the private bathroom a bit unnecessary.

We had a fantastic stay at this magnificently restored manor house. The spacious well chosen things, with a large and comfortable bed. The owners and staff were friendly. The drinks served in the lounge were amazing, especially the G&Ts. Although there is no traditional restaurant, the small plate dishes served in the dining room were tasty and convenient. The continental breakfast was plentiful and satisfying. The hotel is easy to find and offers plenty of private parking. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Convenient Location 📍 this venue is super close to the ferry terminal in the area and also near a lovely garden. I really liked the twin room and how it was arranged.

Despite the lack of nearby bars or coffee shops, the hotel had a wide range of drinks and refreshments available for guests to enjoy.

The lack of air conditioning in the rooms was a major downside, especially during the hot summer weather. the only option was to rely on a fan which didn't effectively cool the room, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Hotel had a garden and free parking, so I could entertain myself by walking in circles and admiring my car. The WiFi worked, at least I had something to complain about on social media. The continental breakfast was like a thrilling adventure, filled with excitement and anticipation. Vitoria-Gasteiz is only 10 km away, perfect to escape this place.

I gotta say, the value for money at Palacio De was totally worth it! The room was great, with beautiful furnishings and a super comfy bed. The location was convenient, close to the highway, and the staff treated us like family.

The morning meal could've been better, maybe with more variety or a cooked option.
